There's always a desire to 'Make Someone Pay' for something like this. Yank TBS's rights forever, or some such nonsense. But the litigation between MLB and TBS would turn the whole thing into a circus, and for that reason I think nothing will happen aside from a stern tongue-lashing directed right at Ted Turner. I agree that the way TBS handled the issue overshadowed the technical snafu itself.

How about some compensation for those of us forced to listen to an inning of the God-awful Dale Arnold calling a PENNANT game? Just when the Bruins finally realized they needed to get rid of Dale Arnold from telecasts in order to bring back any type of audience, the Red Sox hire him, the cheapest and worst option available for their radio broadcasts. Then TBS goes down and Sox fans are left with little choice but to listen to him. This was a nightmare a full week before Halloween.
